Residents who receive the green and yellow bill, your CID will be the customer number on your bill.

If your bill says "E" in the field marked 'Reading Code' this means the billing department was unable to obtain an actual meter reading for your meter and you are receiving estimated bills. Please call 914-989-1908 to schedule an appointment.
